Planning a renovation in Amsterdam? Klusteam helps with smaller and larger renovation jobs, including bathrooms, toilets, painting, flooring and carpentry. We discuss the work you need and agree on the approach, materials and schedule.
Renovations often involve several types of work. Klusteam helps you plan these together, including tiling, painting, flooring, assembly and wooden repairs. We discuss what is needed and how the work fits together.
Costs depend on the scope, condition of the property, materials and finish. Klusteam charges €50.00 per hour, excluding VAT. Travel time is charged separately. Where possible, we provide an estimate of hours in advance and discuss materials and any additional costs with you.

Ja. Bij een renovatie sluiten bijvoorbeeld tegelwerk, verlichting and carpentry op elkaar aan. Geef alle werkzaamheden door bij je aanvraag.
* You can purchase your own materials. No problem. However, only and really only with the permission of the handyman. Otherwise he can never guarantee his work.
* The minimum commitment of our handyman is 4 hours. This is because an hour-long job requires much more from the handyman. He has to prepare, read up and bring the necessary materials. And 1 hour of chores for a handyman is not profitable for him or her. See below.
