How much does a total renovation cost approximately? The cost of a total renovation depends mainly on the surface area of your home, what works are needed (energy renovation, structural works, ...), the degree of finishing (basic or luxurious), etc. For a small building without major structural changes, you can expect a total renovation price of between 40,000 and 75,000 euros, including VAT and labor costs. Is it a larger house that you want to give a complete metamorphosis? Then you quickly arrive at a cost of between 75,000 and 200,000 euros, including VAT and labor costs.
We also list the costs for some common works during a total renovation:
* You can purchase your own materials. No problem. However, only and really only with the permission of the handyman. Otherwise he can never guarantee his work.
* The minimum commitment of our handyman is 4 hours. This is because an hour-long job requires much more from the handyman. He has to prepare, read up and bring the necessary materials. And 1 hour of chores for a handyman is not profitable for him or her. See below.
