The handyman takes away small amounts of waste. We charge for removing larger items or amounts of waste. Please discuss this with us beforehand.
Payment is due per working day against an invoice. You can pay using a mobile card terminal.
Yes. Include your preference in your request. We will discuss the options based on the work and availability.

We charge by the hour and do not provide fixed-price quotes for handyman jobs. Where possible, we estimate the hours needed beforehand and discuss costs as the work progresses.
Discuss your concern with the handyman as soon as possible. If you cannot resolve it together, email info@bouwklusteam.nl.
Our hourly rate excludes VAT. The applicable VAT rate depends on the work and circumstances and is shown on your invoice.
You can reschedule up to two days before your appointment. After that, we charge expenses because the handyman has reserved the time for you.
The handyman is insured against damage they may cause. Report any damage immediately so the situation can be assessed.
