* You can purchase your own materials. No problem. However, only and really only with the permission of the handyman. Otherwise he can never guarantee his work.
* The minimum commitment of our handyman is 4 hours. This is because an hour-long job requires much more from the handyman. He has to prepare, read up and bring the necessary materials. And 1 hour of chores for a handyman is not profitable for him or her. See below.

It depends entirely on the work. The handymen indicate very well of what they can and cannot do. Sometimes, because of that reason, two handymen may come by.
Yes indeed. that is allowed. Provided it is coordinated with the handyman. If he does not have the right materials, the work will not be done efficiently.

The handyman takes small waste with him anyway. We charge for large waste. One of our USP's is that the handyman also leaves his work clean and wipes his feet upon entrance, so to speak.
We settle per day per invoice by means of a " by return payment" with a mobile payment terminal.
Women can do jobs just as well as men. We have found that some customers really enjoy having a handyman. Ask about the possibilities.
Preferably va the application form. Phone calls are also allowed but we are not always able to answer the phone due to busy times.
We do not make quotations. However, we can give a tentative estimate and keep you informed of the costs.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the handyman's work or methods, please let us know as soon as possible. If you can't work it out with him/her, please mail your complaint to info@klusfiets.com.
Our rate starts from 35,- excluding VAT. The VAT varies. For painting, wallpapering or insulation a VAT rate of 9% applies. For everything else 21%.
Formally, you can reschedule up to 2 days in advance. After that no more and we will charge expenses. The handyman will keep the planned day free in his agenda for you. He will not be able to take on any new work at such short notice.
You hope not and it hardly ever happens. But still! The handyman is insured against damage cases that may have been caused by his actions.
