* You can purchase your own materials. No problem. However, only and really only with the permission of the handyman. Otherwise he can never guarantee his work.
* The minimum commitment of our handyman is 4 hours. This is because an hour-long job requires much more from the handyman. He has to prepare, read up and bring the necessary materials. And 1 hour of chores for a handyman is not profitable for him or her. See below.

It depends on what kind of job it is. At 4 hours the minimum starting rate is € 190, - excl VAT. On painting work is 9% VAT. On all others 21% VAT.
From respect for the handyman. Before he comes, he should prepare himself with the right tools and have a good understanding of the job. For every hour he comes to work, he is already spending 2 hours driving to and from the job and preparing. That is why we charge 4 hours. Sometimes a job may take less time. In that case, consider carefully what he can do for you in the remaining time.
