Register your job via our application form. We will then contact you as soon as possible to discuss the job. It is very important for our handyman that you describe the job as accurately as possible on the application form. Preferably with photos attached. To be clear: We do not make quotations. We can give an estimate.
That depends entirely on the job to be done. The handymen will indicate exactly what they can and can not do. Sometimes it is possible that for that reason two handymen come by.
Yes, of course. that's okay. Provided that it is coordinated with the handyman. If he does not have the right materials, the execution will not be efficient.

The handyman takes small waste with him anyway. We charge the costs for large waste. One of our USPs is that the handyman also delivers his work clean and, so to speak, wipes his feet at the entrance.
We pay per day per invoice by means of a "by return payment" with a mobile payment terminal.
Women can work just as well as men. We have noticed that some customers really enjoy having a woman as handyman. Ask for the possibilities.
Preferably via the registration form. Calling is also allowed, but we are not always able to answer the phone.
We do not make offers. We can, however, give a conservative estimate and keep you informed of the costs.
If you are unexpectedly not satisfied with the work or working method of the handyman, please let us know as soon as possible. If you can't work it out with him / her, mail your complaint to info@klusfiets.com
Our rate starts from 35,- excluding VAT. The VAT varies. A VAT rate of 9% applies for painting, wallpapering or insulating. For everything else 21%
You hope not and it almost never happens. Yet! The handyman is insured against damage that may have been caused by him.
Normally you can reschedule the job up to 2 days in advance. After that, no more and we will charge costs. The handyman will keep the planned day free for you in the agenda. He cannot accept any other new work so close in advance.
